Where is WellMama located?

We’re located on the 2nd floor of The Heron Building in Suite 205 (take the stairs or elevator up one floor and turn right).

Where is parking?

There is free 2-hour client parking just behind The Heron building.

What should I expect for my first visit?

Your first visit is all about feeling supported and welcomed. You’ll meet a peer support specialist, have a chance to share what’s on your mind, and learn about the groups, workshops, and resources that might be helpful. There’s no pressure, just a safe space to connect and be heard.
