From the beginning of a web project, setting clear goals and building a solid strategy is critical. After that session, we often have enough information to have base goals and approach, and a basic outline of your project’s scope. These project details are yours whether you decide to be a customer of ours or choose another path. If we can help you create a solid plan, then we have already done good work!

Analytics

For website projects, each site that we create incorporates Google Search Console and Google Analytics for tracking visitor engagement, including (optionally) newsletter sign-ups, eCommerce sales and other goal completions. We can review your analytics and tell you how your site has been performing and where it could use improvement.

Search Engine Optimization & Conversion Analysis

We start out offerings at base SEO which includes keyword research, on-page optimization, and periodic review of performance changes. We can also propose page or blog topics (possibly even write or edit your blogs for you) targeting relevant long-tail keywords, or train you in how to continue to provide content that will target specific search terms. For conversion analysis, we take a look at your website’s calls to action and conversion funnels to see if there are pages where your visitor’s experience could be streamlined.

Usability Analysis

Your website’s user friendliness is important for engaging your visitors and convincing them to also become customers. We can check your site for general usability issues, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, and mobile friendliness, and propose some changes that would improve your users’ experiences and make those changes for you, if you so wish.

ADA Compliance Analysis

ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance testing is a special kind of usability analysis that can tell you how friendly your site is for visitors who use assistive technologies when they visit and use your site. ADA Compliance is critical for government agencies, schools, utility districts, financial institutions, any business that operates solely online and is becoming a requirement increasingly often for any business or organization with a website.
