We don’t believe in transactional projects, so we strive to be a supportive partner for you. A website doesn’t end at launch for us… Once the initial launch is over, we’ll be in touch periodically to make sure things are going well. And of course, our customers are welcome to reach out any time!

Our small, tight-knit team of designers and developers brings to the table decades of experience and expertise in the creation and execution of websites and other tech projects. Roost Web Strategies was recently established (in 2020), but we spent many years before that working in-house in tech for a variety of businesses, organizations and corporations. Let us bring our expertise to your project!

We offer ongoing hosting and maintenance packages for our customers. If you choose our hosting, we watch over your site and keep it safe by adding professional security software, making regular backups, and applying software updates as they become available. Also, any new hosting package at Roost Web comes with an hour of our time each year to help you with site updates, training, or anything else it’s within our power to help you with.

With a lot of DIY builders and other paid website creation services, the site that you pay to have create, or that you create with your own hands is not actually your own. With a proprietary platform, the website can’t be moved elsewhere or ported over to a different platform. 

At Roost Web, once your final project payment has been received, the copyright transfers to you and you own your site. You can take it to any host that can run WordPress websites, if you wish. Your site is YOURS and we’ll get you a copy of your site whenever you would like.

We think that your knowledge is extremely important for you to find success with your site! Every site we build includes training time for the site owners and editors, so you know how to use and edit your site. We can also provide these trainings as live screenshares for later review.

If you need other services to help execute your strategy; like branding, a logo, graphics, photos, video, assistance with your social media, SEO, getting listed in online directories or online advertising; we can hook you up!
