BETA ALERT: LANDING PAGES!
We are developing a new offering where we will offer single-page landing “zones” that are designed to do something very specific. What that something is can be variable, but the idea is that the page would be simple, offering just a single call to action to help keep visitors focused on what they’re supposed to do. For example, you might use one of these pages to have people RSVP to a wedding or a party from a link in an email or a QR code tucked into the paper invitation. Or maybe you might want a landing zone for people who are coming in from a promotional email or mailer where they can do something like enter a drawing or request a callback. Whatever your goal is, as long as it’s simple, a landing zone may help accomplish it! Landing zones are intended to be inexpensive, temporary pages. You wouldn’t even need a domain.
Why would you want a landing page instead of just sending visitors to your website? One of the main reasons is to skip distractions like navigation menus, global sidebars and get people to just do one specific thing, like fill out a form.
