About this project
The Client
Salem Philharmonia Orchestra is a community ensemble that brings sophisticated symphonic music to the local Salem community and gives local musicians to play advanced symphonic music. Their ability to continue doing what they love and providing this opportunity for the community is based upon support by community members.
The Goal
We originally created this site a number of years back, before most visitors were visiting on their mobile phone, so it was definitely time to make the switch to a mobile friendly design that included some more modern features, as well. Since the organization is supported by their community, and many community members visit the site now via mobile, it was time to support them as well by making their experience better!
The Result
We chose our favorite platforms, WordPress with Astra and Elementor Pro, to make this easy for us to put together now with advanced functionality that is robust and foolproof, and also for the organizations editors ease of use going forward. We were also able to add in a lot of great new content and photos that the group had collected and we were able to get a lot of that online, too!
